Fendess issues invoices on demand: the invoice of the purchase is sent via an e-mail message addressed to the order holder according toart. 14 DPR 445/00 e dl 52/2004, and includes data provided by the customer; after the invoice is issued, it is not possible to make any changes.
The customer can purchase the items that are part of the online catalogue at the time of shipment of the order, taking into account that the technical data and images that integrate an itemt may not be exhaustive of the specific features, differing by color or size.
Changes, tolerance and colour
Fendess has the right and the ability to modify items in the catalogue.
The delivery time is 24-48 hours after receiving payment.
The shipments are dispatched by express carrier, 24 HOURS DELIVERY (islands 48 hours).
After the collection of the parcel by the carrier, the TRACK NUMBER will be send to the email address registered on fendess.co to follow the shipment online.
Even if shipped free port, the items travel at the own risk of the customer; Fendess has no responsibility or constraints to the buyer when delivery (even partial) is delayed or canceled due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.
The customer is entitled to have a full refund or replacement of the items. Upon delivery, the customer has to verify the goods before they can be altered or used; the presence of defects must be reported within 8 days from the date of receipt by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Items must be returned in original packaging, intact. Refunded will be made within 10 days with the same method of payment.
The execution of the purchase contract between the customer and Fendess takes place in Italy and is regulated by the relevant Italian Law and the European Distance Selling Regulations. The Court of Treviso will have jurisdiction in case any controversy arises.
