How do I place an order?


Shopping on fendess.com couldn't be easier. You can simply browse our website using the different tabs you can find on the Homepage or use the search engine if you know what you're looking for.
Once you find an item that you wish to buy, click "Add to Cart". Once you are happy with the items in your basket and are ready to place your order, click "Proceed to checkout" and follow the on-screen instructions.

How long before my order is shipped?

The PREPARATION of an order takes 1/2 working days.
After the collection of the parcel by the carrier, the TRACKING NUMBER will be send to the email address registered on fendess.com in order to follow the shipment online.


Is the payment system secure?

Fendess guarantees to all its customers secure payments and respectful of privacy through the use of SSL. Payment by credit card is based on SSL secure system (which stands for Secure Socket Layer): it is a secure connection encryption, which means that the data of the credit card, at the moment when the order is confirmed, are transferred to the authorization and debit to CartaSi safely.
Fendess does not receive the number of the customer's credit card under any circumstances: the only thing that comes into possession is the authorization made available directly from the card provider.
This procedure ensures not only the buyer but also the seller, since the information transmitted over the Internet cannot be read by anyone.

Credit Card

With this method, the bank only authorizes the debit of the amount that relates to the purchase made: if the customer cancels the order, or if Fendess decides not to accept the contract, the company requires that the transaction is canceled, and consequently the amount involved is cancelled.
In specific cases, the company reserves the right to ask the customer additional information or sending copies of documents testifying that used credit card is actually owned by him: if the customer is not able to prove the ownership or otherwise provide this information, Fendess may decide to reject the conclusion of the contract.
The customer is protected at every stage of the transaction from the point of view of privacy: Fendess does not know, in any step of the process carried out by credit card, no personal information about the cardholder, as the data is sent directly to the bank site that deals with the transaction: for this reason the company is not liable in the event that at the time of payment of items purchased on site credit cards are used fraudulently by a third party.

Time of delivery depends on the country.
The order will be processed within 24-48 hours after we has received it. We undertake to ensure that you receive your order within 4-5 business days from order and payment confirmation (time estimated in most European countries). Rest of the world: 5-10 business days from shipped date.
Please remember that the delivery time might be delayed in the case of holidays.

Our team take great care in selecting the items we offer to our customers. At Fendess, you'll find a huge number of brands renowned for their trustworthiness and high-quality items. All the items we sell undergo extensive quality control procedures. However if you are not satisfied with an item for any reason, you can return it to us using the returns procedure detailed on the website.



Returns and Refunds


How do I make a return/exchange?


Your satisfaction is important for Fendess. Therefore you're allowed to return the items within 30 days of receipt of delivery, as long as this respects the return policy conditions.

We can accept the return if:


· The item is brand new and has never been used
· The item is in the original box and was not damaged
· The warranty seal has not been removed

That is very easy, thanks to our online simple return procedure.

Enter Your Fendess Account and submit your RMA request: our Customer Service will deal with your request as soon as possible and will send you the information accordingly.
The refund will be issued within 5 days upon receiving the returned product.


How long do I have to return items?

Fendess offers a period of 30 days to return or exchange an item after it’s been delivered. We are happy to accept returns for any reason, as long as the items are new, unused and in the original box with all packaging intact.


My Account


Creating a Guest Account


You have the option of creating a guest account. When selecting this option you will need to enter all your details for every new order, as your details are not saved in our system. A guest account cannot sign up to our Newsletters, i.e. is unable to take advantage of any of the current promotions running when an order is being placed. A customer registered as a guest is unable to benefit from all the account advantages a registered customer.
A guest account is thus unable to view the status of an order. The tracking code is sent once-off to the email address provided.
If you have placed an order using a guest account and would now like to create a registered customer account, this can be done by registering as a new customer on our website or contacting our Customer Support Team. We will be happy to change your guest account into a normal customer account.
Please ensure that the provided email address is correct! If not, you will not be able to receive any information regarding the package delivery.



Why do I have to set up an account?


To process your orders, we need certain information from you, such as a delivery address, billing address, e-mail etc.
And by opening an account, you also benefit from the full range of services offered by Fendess, such as order tracking, item returns, order histories etc.
The information in your account is only used in the context of your commercial dealings with Fendess. We never share your information with third parties or other retailers.
You can modify your information at any time via your online account.
The information can also be deleted completely from our database on request.


I've forgotten my username/password


Your username is easy to remember: it's your e-mail address.
If you've forgotten your password, go to “My Account”, then on "Sign in”.

Click on "Forgot your password?" In this section enter your e-mail address and click on "Send reset link".
You will receive a temporary link to reset your password.
