Dispatch & Delivery times
The delivery time is 24-48 hours after receiving payment.
The shipments are dispatched by express carrier, 24 HOURS DELIVERY (islands 48 hours).
After the collection of the parcel by the carrier, the TRACK NUMBER will be send to the email address registered on fendess.co to follow the shipment online.
Even if shipped free port, the items travel at the own risk of the customer; Fendess has no responsibility or constraints to the buyer when delivery (even partial) is delayed or canceled due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.
The express carrier is the delivery method that requires less time: a maximum of two working days from the moment on which the carrier collects the goods from the warehouse of Fendess (unless it is a remote area).
Receipt of goods
Regarding the receipt of the goods the customer is advised to:
-check that the packaging is intact and even in the closing strip does not show alterations.
-check that the number of items reported in the transport document correspond to the number of packages that were delivered.
-Upon delivery, immediately unpack the item to check for signs of damage.
In case of damage
In the event of the customer find visible damage or tampering, he should immediately complaint the shipment to the carrier and indicating the words "subject to control commodity reserve", adding a motivation; then, he should report this via email, no later than seven days from the date on which the goods have been received.
After these seven days, the goods will be considered accepted.
